Struggling to conceive + lockdown + depression caused weight gain - how can I do this?

Looking for some encouragement.

My husband and I began trying for a baby over a year ago and we've had no luck whatsoever. It's caused some depression for both of us. Add this to the gyms being closed where we live it's been a slow and steady gain of about 18 pounds. I'm ready to lose it!

I used to be a runner so I have no issues with going out and running again. I just did 2.5 miles today (first time running in 17 months, woof) but need some help with my caloric intake.

Age: 35

Height: 5'3

SW: 152lb

GW: 132lb

What should my goal intake be per day to lose a steady 1-2lbs per week? I am naturally a OMAD kind of person (usually just coffee for breakfast and coffee for lunch, lol) but I also want this to be sustainable

Thanks everyone :-)
