During quarantine I lost 20 pounds and lifted. I loved and felt awesome. I also didn't really lose the weight in a sustainable manner...I just ate in a massive deficit and restricted.
Well then I attempted a bulk, got stressed out and ae th universe. Now I'm heavier than before and In trying to approach this in a more sustainable manner. I'm not really sure how to set my calories...but this time I'm not trying to do it over night. If it is slower, I think it will be more beneficial.
Weight management seems like a never ending project. I hope someday I can get to a place with eating and food where it is automatic. Until then back to it!
