Hey guys! During University I put on a ton of weight. I graduated in April and started trying to lose weight at the beginning of May. Super happy to have lost 10 pounds in a little over 2 weeks through reducing calories and eating better. I’m feeling great. I’m a female, 22, 5’9 and went from 274 to 264lbs. I’ve always been big boned, so didn’t look severely obese, just slightly overweight. Have been eating 1400 calories per day, was hungry at first, but now I barely feel hungry at all after that amount of food. Even with Friday “cheat meals” I’ve continued to see progress.
Just wanted to let everyone know that you can do it. It’s hard at first but once you start seeing progress, no matter how small, it’s the best feeling. Our bodies are amazing! Just felt like sharing this news with someone! Always here if anyone needs advice!
