Needing a little ... push!

⚠️ trigger warning- eating disorders⚠️

Hi everyone ! I think I’ve finally gotten to the root of my problem..I have grown about 3-4 pants sizes since December and am having a hard time losing weight. I have noticed that I eat obsessively even when I’m not hungry and even when I feel super full to the point where I feel like I am gonna topple over because I’ve eaten so much. I have something like a binge eating disorder. I’m trying to get back in shape and I want to try fasting but I feel like mentally I will have issues with not being able to eat and then relapse and binge again. Obviously It hurts to attempt to exercise because I’m always so full. I want to get my dietary habits in order before working out .. Has anyone else had the same issue as me and been successful in their journey? Any advice , supplements, would be helpful. I have also reached out to my DR via email to see if there’s something he can suggest. Thank you !
