I can’t believe that I gained 15 lbs in a month.

And yet, that’s what the scales tell me. I’m 187lbs and 5’6F. I previously crash-dieted from 183 to 139 and have gained all that back and more. I have been basically using food as a drug/comfort. I don’t want to gain any more and over the past couple of days have at least managed to keep it at maintenance calories.

My goal is to be at least in the 150s by the time fall rolls around. Is it possible? How do I fight this demon? I would really love to hear from fellow food addicts about how they kicked the habit. I’m so ashamed I don’t want to run into people I know because I’ve gotten so much bigger.
