I (22f, 1.67m/5'6 SW: 77kg/170lbs; CW: 67kg/147lbs; GW: 60kg/132lbs) have met my 4th mini goal of losing 10kg (23lbs)! Yay!
I started mid February of this year and have done it by walking at least 10k steps a day and eating about 1000 calories.
I feel so much better in my skin. My clothes fit sooo much better than before, my legs aren't touching as much and I see my cellulite melting away. I've lost my double chin and my BMI is back to normal. I feel less stressed and more calm/secure in myself. The good thing is that my boobs aren't shrinking which I was a tiny bit afraid of. They haven't changed but OMG the back fat! Almost gone. Bras are so much more comfortable now.
I've already saved about 500€ for clothes shopping after I'm done and can't wait to finally get myself a nice bikini for the first time since elementary school.
This year the weather has been exceptionally bad and public pools are still closed because of the pandemic. I'm a bit sick of all the walking and hope that the wind/rain/hail we've had since November will go away soon so I can inline skate again.
