I’m struggling with the last 10 lbs and I’m feeling my ED kicking my ass lately

I’ve struggled with binge eating (thanks ADHD and anxiety!) and body dysmorphia since my teenage years. I’m 5’1, and I started out at 154lbs when I first made the decision to lose weight strategically. In the last 4 years, I slowly lost 32ish lbs.. yeah, very slow. Last summer, I quickly lost 15 or so lbs and got down to 115lbs which is 5lbs from my goal weight, mostly thanks to me taking Concerta at the time. I was the happiest I’ve been in years. I chose to get off the meds because I found myself heading towards an unhealthy relationship with food (ie wanting to mostly take meds to suppress my appetite and enjoying being unable to enjoy eating food, feeling disgusted about food). Anyway, I became obsessed about walking 10000 steps a day out of fear of gaining weight after stopping my meds, but the weight gain happened anyway after I stopped my meds. I weighed myself at 123lbs tonight. I find that walking ups my appetite and it’s hard to eat only 1200 calories a day. When I allow myself to eat more, I find myself indulging a bit too much and saying “I’ll make up for it later”.

I’m feeling so frustrated because it’s been years since I’ve been wanting to be a healthy 110. That’s where my period is regular, my hormones are in check and my anxiety is controllable, my feet don’t hurt from walking, etc. It seems impossible.

I guess I’m just looking for some encouragement and success stories here. (To clarify, I am in therapy).
