I just wanna share some things that motivate me to stay on track and do the best i possibly can :)

I recently started on my journey to craft a better me. Im recently divorced, 379 (down from my highest of 402) 21 year old guy who now after a very long time is looking forward to something. Sorry for the intro i feel like it would make more sense as i go into the things that make me get off my ass and make myself a better me. So, ill start with the most common things,

  1. i want to have more energy throughout the day to do more things and enjoy what jm doing without having to sit down every 20-30 mins.

2.im looking forward to not being winded after a short walk to the store or park or whatever. As it is my night wheezing has seized to be so i know im doing something right haha

  1. I want to show my ex wife that i can do things i set my mind too and maybe she feel jealous im bettering myself, and i know its a petty motivation but its helping me grind away.

4.i want to live to see old age and live a happy care free life without the problems of someone my size. ( if that makes any sense.)

  1. I want to feel like a normal person.

6.i want to feel confident in myself and my appearacne for once.

  1. And for the last motivation ill have to say beating my friend in a race. I made a bet with my buddy a few months ago that one day id beat him in a foot race.

I know these arent the best motivations and some of you might be puzzled as to why these make me do what i do but. They just do. Thank you for taking the time to read this if you got this far have a wonderful night everyone.
