I got a wake up call, seeing the blood results from the doctor showing my cholesterol, triglycerides, liver enzymes, thyroid levels and glucose sky high! He gave me two months to change my diet and exercise and retest. I’m half way there. I already feel and see a difference. I’ve kept a journal of every supplement and food and workout I have done each and every day. I lost 17 pounds so far, and I feel healthier. I would love to share my journal with anyone interested. Basics of it are no dairy, no red meat, no white breads or potatoes, no fried foods, no egg yolks and no alcohol. Essentially the exact opposite of my entire life and diet. I’ve worked out vigorously for AT LEAST 30 minutes every day and it’s working. I’ve always wanted to lose weight but this time I’m preserving the length of my life as best I can. You can do it!
