I feel like crap, please help

In advance Sorry about the rant.

Sw 220/100 kg, Cw 200/90 kg, Gw 165/75kg, 175 cm tall.

I 21(f) 200 pounds feel like crap. I have gained 55 pounds the last 3 years. I have lost 20 since january 2020. But still have 35 to go. I look in the mirror and i want to cry im so disgusted by how far i have let myself go.

Some months ago i had a talk with my boyfriend(6 months relationship) about him finding me attractive. I had to pressure the "truth" out of him, where he told me he found a more fit body attractive. He felt really bad and didnt want to Hurt my feeling. But i had been thinking the same about my body and want to lose the weight.

I just feel bad about my body. I feel Even worse that my boyfriend dosent find me as attractive.

In the last months i have been doing some changes in my life style and eating. I have yet to see some changes in my weight after doing these tho.

I have started drinking more water Cut out sodas, maybe 1 every month Cut down on snacks Only make food at home Try to eat a lot of protein Go on more walks Ride horses more, about 3-4 times a week

I have tried counting calories, but im not good at doing it and often forget.

I am desperate for some advice to start losing weight. Also how do you not feel like crap when looking in the mirror?
