Hi everyone, I’m a 26F, 163 cm (5 feet, 3 inches) and weigh around 53kg (116 pounds). If you read these numbers, it sounds not bad at all, pretty normal BMI. The problem is: I’m skinny fat. Aesthetically, I don’t look thin. Due to my big breasts and body fat percent of 24%, I just look extremely curvy. And I have been accepting the way I look for such a long time but I don’t want to accept it anymore. I eat in a caloric deficit , I eat around 1200-1300 calories per day(depending on if I worked out or not), I run and do weight training 3-4 days per week, I sleep well, drink a lot of water and eat clean (almost no sugar at all, pretty protein focused). No changes for months. What am I missing?
