So i’m 17f and around 5’6 and each time i try to lose weight it’s like something within me doesn’t want to and it always fails
I’m currently at my highest weight (260 lbs) and i really want to lose a good amount of weight hopefully before the end of july (that’s when i have a doctors appointment...i know..the horror) and even more before/during the next school year because of pictures and prom
I want to be happy with the way i look, i’m tired of wearing huge clothes because i’m insecure of my image..it’s so tiring. But i think i need to find the motivation to keep consistent on this journey because each time i start it always ends by the end of the week
Currently I am in basketball and as you know that’s a lot of running and when i get home i try to do a little ab workout along with some push-ups and i don’t eat much during the day but at night is when i tend to binge and i’m pretty sure that’s what is messing everything up.
So if anyone has advice, it would be greatly appreciated and i hope everyone has an amazing day/night<3
