Help please!

Hi! Hopefully this is an ok place to put this but I’m just feeling a little lost at the moment and need a bit of advice. I’ve been trying to lose weight for quite a while now, almost a year. I started off by eating in a deficit, eating about 1500 cals a day, as well as going for a 1-1.5 hour walk almost everyday. I did that for a while and really didn’t see too much change. Although, lately it’s gotten much harder to eat that amount everyday and I’ve had my target set for 1500 but range from eating 1500 up to 2000 cals almost everyday instead. I recently started lifting 3 times a week using the Greyskull LP program and still do cardio a couple times a week, as well as standing most of the day at my job but I still can’t seem to see much change with my body and weight and it’s gotten a lot harder to eat in a strict deficit. I was very strict and finding it very easy to eat within this range at the beginning and I definitely feel just as motivated, maybe even more, but I pick at foods quite a bit and can’t seem to stop, although I still track this. I’m just not sure what to do, I went up to 1600 daily cals but I’m still snacking on little things and just feel a bit out of control. I was told and calculated that my TDEE should be around 2100, although I’m a bit anxious trusting this as I like to underestimate to be sure, but I feel as though I should be seeing some change if that’s the case but I just haven’t for a long while. Any knowledge or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, or even ideas to help the desire to, and action of picking at food to stop. Thank you so much!
