Thursday, the best almost Friday ever.

1800 7 days: Day 1 on the step down plan. Not sure what I'm doing for dinner. Feeling shaky if I'm honest.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30-minute lunch walk is all she wrote today. 16/20 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Digital journal today. I need to be spending more time on this one kids.
Gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the internet & Animal Crossing. Other things too I imagine I'm just not feeling it today.
Hey, kids, do any of you lovely folks know much about finding a personal trainer/coach to come to your location? I’m interneting about it but having a hard time finding a situation that doesn’t feel slimy. Any recommendations?
