Hi! Last January, I made a conscious effort to lose weight in a healthy way. Since I do not go out a lot (I work at home) I’ve been cut my rice intake to one cup/day, IF, and home workouts. I’ve managed to lose 10 kilos since January, from 78 kg to now 67.9 kg.
However, I am struggling to lose more weight and even keep the 10 kg as we are in lockdown due to COVID 19 and I am feeling stressed. I am prone to stress eating. Thankfully the discipline I have acquired in the last months have helped me immensely but sometimes I find myself craving.
Any tips on how to control stress eating tendencies? And how do you eat healthy with limited supplies?
