Losing weight also reduces sweating.

I sweat a lot when i walk outside. I think it's mainly because of the extra weight i am carrying.

Ever since I lost 6 kg in the last 2 months, I feel like i am sweating slightly less - which is awesome!

Will getting into my normal BMI range reduce sweating even more?

I just find this greatly beneficial, as getting back home not stinking is a MAJOR advantage! It also makes you feel fresher by the end of the day and genuinely more confident. You also don't need to re-apply deodorant all the time.

Have you noticed this when dropping weight? Or am i just imagining?

Share your experiences with this. Has losing weight helped you reduce sweating, too?

Discuss.
