This might sound really weird but maybe someone can relate. So I have found that when I become overly full, it makes me start binge eating! its like the only time I will start binging Is when Im really full, not when Im starving or even hungry. But if I get to the point where im satisfied and im just "regular" full, im totally ok. Now I think this is because obviously binging creates the feeling of being overly full. So, I associate being overly full with binging. Therefore, if I become overly full, I binge eat! Guess its just such a bad habit I've created. Not sure if that makes sense. So basically if I avoid becoming overly full I am fine. Anyone else feel this way?
