Alright, so I started my diet so I could lose weight, as I was pretty fat. I also went to the gym everyday. After years of dieting and hard work, I managed to lose 40 pounds and I’ve maintained my weight. Well I’m still on my diet, one of the restrictions being no deep fried food. Well today I ate this orange chicken from Costco and it looked healthy enough to me, but once I ate a few pieces, I started getting a bad feeling. I did some research and realized it was fried. I feel really guilty because I haven’t eaten fried stuff in years and I should have known. I stopped eating and now I think I’m gonna go and exercise a little to feel better. I know it’s not gonna kill me but I still feel really bad and feel like a fat pig. I just wanted somewhere where there are people who can write me something encouraging to cheer me up. Thanks :)
