Rant ahead..
I'm really sick of going round in circles with my weight lose, as long as I don't have to think about food I'm fine but the second I have to make decisions I make the wrong ones. Poor impulse control? How do you even improve that? The only time I've been successful is on the omad plan, I batch cook 10-14 meals all balanced and healthy around 900 cals and add <300cal dessert. Which is fine, I don't think about food all day, I warm up my dinner and I'm only thinking about food for under 30mins a day. But whenever I'm in a situation where I'm not at home for dinner I go completely off track plus food shopping is hell, having to plan breakfast lunch and dinner for everyone else in the household, then having to shop for it all trying to deal with all the temptation on the shelves 🤪... Its just driving me crazy. I wish I could just give up food and take a pill everyday or something.
The worst thing is, everytime I go off plan it takes me days, somethings weeks to get back on plan again. I know some people will think maybe I'm restricting too much but honestly I've tried alot of diets and I've been doing omad for five month and am 70lbs down so far which is the most I've ever lost I know it works for me, i just need help not going off plan. Lol but doesn't everyone 🤣🤣🤣 Idk, just needed a rant.
