Hi, so basically I’m a 21 Female, about 253 pounds, and I want to get down to 190 pounds. Photo link below to show what it looks like.

A bit about my lifestyle, I’m in college part time at the moment for graphic design, and also spend time drawing so a majority of my days I’m sitting and hunched over a desk. My part time jobs both have me standing, one as a grocery store clerk, and the other working in a gas station. I’m very stationary working at the grocery store, mostly moving the upper parts of my body. At the gas station job I do walk around a bit more and do a lot more movement since when I clean I have to bend down to roll up carpets when I sweep and mop. Outside of that, I don’t work out. I mostly sit at my desk doing homework, drawing, or just laying around.
My eating habits are all over the board but honestly not the best. I’m very lucky to be living with family so I eat what ever is served for dinner, mostly burgers, casseroles, pastas, potato’s, typical white family food. For breakfast I either have oatmeal with brown sugar or skip it altogether in favour of lunch instead. Lunch is a hit or miss, either left overs or I don’t do it because I had breakfast before a shift at work. I know I’m very guilty of snacking, I usually have lots of cheese and some crackers when I’m sitting at my desk, or a bowl that’s filled with candy. Not the best thing I know.
As mentioned before I don’t work out, but I want to learn more about how to build up that motivation to go for a walk, go to the gym, and keep up with it. I’ve only ever felt this type of a motivation to work out at night when I’m already in bed. I don’t have anyone I can work out with since my friends are both away for college and I live in a rural retirement area with my family.
Any tips to help start my fitness journey are much appreciated 💕
