I was a little bit worried going into today, because I hadn't decided if I would eat at deficit or maintenance. Regardless, hubby and I were on our own for Thanksgiving, and we bought everything for the traditional fixins.
Started the day out walking the dog, then spin class. Thought I signed up for a 45 minute ride, but it was 75 minutes! Eating at deficit calories + eating back exercise calories... I had 2200 cals for the meal!
Hubby and I made all our favorites-- mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberries, turkey, stuffing-- and counted all the calories out!!! So much math :)
OMAD + exercise made for a very fulfilling Thanksgiving this year! Feeling delightfully full without the guilt and anxiety.
