Just wanna share my most memorable NSV so far!
So I have lost about 48 pounds over the period of 5-6 months and still on a journey to lose about 33 more pounds in the long term to reach healthy weight. I have these two pair of jeans with different sizes each (Let's say jeans A is larger and B is smaller). When I had lost 20-25 pounds, I tried both jeans and I only fit in jeans A, quite tightly but was happy nevertheless because it's been more than a year since I fit in them. Still didn't wear it on a daily basis because it was still uncomfortable.
About 2 weeks ago (at this point I have lost substantial amount of weight), I tried to wear what I thought was jeans A. They fit but despite being comfortable enough, they are still quite tight. I was thinking maybe I lost fat in the other areas of my body but my belly and went on to wear it everyday anyway. Just last Friday i found out that I have been wearing jeans B in the past 2 weeks and when I dug my wardrobe, i found my jeans A stuck in there. Tried jeans A, ended up needing belt because they were loose. I swear I couldn't stop smiling after that!
Still a long journey and gonna keep going and be discipline with my lifestyle changes!
Edit: Lost weight so far by reduce snacking and stop drinking calories, exercise 3-6 times a week (weight lift 75% cardio 25%), mealprep 5 full days by roughly considering calories with more focus on the protein amount, and 16:8 IF whenever I can. Weekends used to be full blown cheat days but started to control and track them as well.
