My wife says I’ve changed

I’ve been losing weight for a while - but went from 293lbs > 257lbs and want to get down to 220. I’ve always been a big guy, kinda guy you ask to help ya move a piano and been called a teddy bear often. When I told my wife my goal weight, she told me she felt like I was changing and that she was losing the guy she fell in love with. Where do I go from here. Im going to start lifting so I’m still a big guy (and I might actually be stronger too) but how do I help her, how do I balance my wife’s feelings and my desires? We have been married for 1.5 years and she is eating healthier too. She’s lost about 10-15lbs. I think part of her struggle is me weighing less than her.
