Here's to all of us trying to get past the plateau -- 24F, 5'2", 136.4

It sucks to be so close to your goal weight and then plateau. It has happened to me. 3 years ago I weighed 157 lbs, dropped to 135....and haven't been able to get below it. My goal weight is 128. Now, in the last couple months, I am slowly inching my way there. It is a slog and often I get frustrated at the lack of progress. But it is going and we can do it.

On an inspirational note: this weekend was my annual friendsgiving. I didn't stuff myself with food like years past (i did have two pieces of pie). And the only leftovers i have eaten is turkey with salad. I am learning self control.

So to everyone on a plateau, I'm there too and we're gonna get there.
