Weight Loss for Everyone: Losing almost nothing on weekdays but a lot in the weekend?

Losing almost nothing on weekdays but a lot in the weekend?

Currently I'm both eating less (weighing everything, no snacking, only one cheat meal, all that good stuff) and working out (3 days of 30m on a stationary bike + 30m lifting and 2 days of just cardio, plus walking about 1h30m a day), but after 8 weeks of near-constant progress at the rate of about 1kg a week, I've noticed something odd: I'm hardly losing anything during the week and losing the vast majority on weekends.

Anyone know why this might be the case? I'm tempted to say it's because of water weight, as I drink a lot of water at work and at the gym (upwards of 3L total) but hardly drink anything at home, which obviously affects weekends more, but I'm not sure if there's any other factor I should be aware of. I'm also eating more in the weekend, rather than less, mainly because that's when the sole weekly cheat meal comes into play.

Another weird thing is that I've actually lost a little bit more these last couple of weeks despite toning down the amount of time spent in the gym. Both of these last few weeks I only did 2 cardio+lifting days and one cardio day, both times because I became extremely sick on Thursday (passed out one week, got a nasty cold that forced me to sit in bed for two days the following week), yet I lost more than usual. I'm pushing myself just fine at the gym, so what gives?
