Hi, I'm delighted that I'm losing, in large part encouraged by the wonderful people on r/loseit. I got on the scales today and am just 2.8lbs from my second goal (of three).
(194>172.8, M37, 1 year with a big gap in the middle)
But I'm quite annoyed with what I perceive to be slow progress with certain areas of fat - mainly my face and belly. The gains around my chest, bum and legs are quite noticeable. But for me, my belly and chin/cheeks seem to hang on to fast for longest. Which is quite annoying because those are areas - particularly the face - which have the biggest aesthetic impact (and yes pay off the reason I want to lose weight is to look good - I admit it!).
Anything in particular I should be doing to target those areas? And what about you? Where does the fat seem to stick around the longest on your body?
