Stubborn stomach fat

Over the summer I decided that I wanted to get into shape. I am 16 and lost 35 pounds in 2 months through extreme cardio along with intermittent fasting. I currently sit at 170, the leanest I have ever been but have made very little progress, on my stomach fat in the past several months. As far as exercise, I row. I do at least an hour of intense cardio a day and for eating, I have maintained a healthy diet for the past several months but every once in a while it becomes unsustainable. I eat about 400 calories of steel cut oats and a banana for breakfast. For lunch I eat a low cal wrap, nuts, vegetables and hummus, fruit, low cal chips and guac, and a bar for about 800 calories. Finally for dinner, the only meal I don’t eat the same thing for every day, I typically eat about 1000 calories of whatever my parents make for dinner (typically some weight watchers stuff for them). As of right now I really just want to target my stomach fat and was looking for any advice on how to get it off as soon as possible. Thanks!
