Background: Teacher in South Korea
My organization is having this huge Thanksgiving dinner this weekend in Seoul. I am going to spend the weekend hanging out with friends and probably going drinking. I feel like going out always leads to late night fast food and Seoul is full of great treats. Also we are having this HUGE Thanksgiving meal that is supposed to be pretty great. I want to enjoy myself, but don't want to go overboard. With korean food I am pretty good at managing myself, but seeing some familiar american comfort food might be hard to resist.
Do you all have any words of encouragement, mantras, or mindsets I should keep handy to stay on track?
