hello. from my tone you can probably sense my frustration. i have been seriously working out 4-5 times a week since April, plus changed my eating habits to help the shred. i typically do spin class, occasionally hit the gym to lift weights. i miss it but spin has helped me personally shed a lot of weight fast and helped with my mental health. however, i can’t lose the rest of the fat off my belly. i am determined to figure out my issue because literally everywhere else has dropped weight drastically but my belly. i am willing to try mostly everything so please, help me friends.
i’m 5’7, fluctuate between 160&170 lbs depending if i’m bloated or not (another issue of mine) and i am 27 years old. thxxxxx ❤️ no red meat/pork for me either. xoxo
