I (F, 18, 5'3"~200lbs) want to start working on my belly, lower back, and hips, any advice?

Hello everyone, I have recently started my first semester of college and it has completely thrown my workout routine out the window.

Over quarantine, I was able to work off a good 30lbs on my mom's hydro (rowing machine). I have a bad knee that can hyper-extend if I'm not careful, so rowing was a great start to my journey and I'm pretty proud of myself. Now that I've started college however I've had to pick up a totally new routine. My campus has a fairly small gym with little weight selections/ cardio.

Because of the lack of resources at our gym, I've opted to take up running on an elliptical (interval workout) and am hoping to strengthen my knee up to running on a tredmil. I've been getting a pretty good sweat in and have actually worked up to a 10 min mile (run about 3-4 miles, 4-5 days a week).

I am completely new to running and in all honesty, don't know if it's really doing anything. I was hoping to get some advice on my workout in general and how to work on some of my problem areas. Are there any hip, lower back, workouts I can incorporate? Is my cardio good, and will my cardio help with my lower stomach, hips, and back?
