30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 25

Hello losers,

Can you believe it's day 25? Whoa. Someone tap the brakes on October!

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Woof. Not fabulous this morning.

1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it! Cauliflower stir fry.

Exercise 5 days a week: 60 minutes plus of walking. RIP my quads from yesterday's strength. 21/25 days.

Alone time to word vomit into journal: Yup!

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for coffee, feeling like I achieved some success at work & being able to find wasabi paste.

Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I drank lots of water & remembered my vitamins. I got some sunshine & really enjoyed the fall feel of everything. Again. Oh I love being out there stomping around in leaves.
