Will my breasts be saggy if I lose 10-20 lbs?

One of the reasons I want to lose weight is that I was hoping my breasts will support themselves better if they're smaller since they currently aren't nearly as perky as I'd like them to be.

I'm currently around 140 lbs with 34G(European cup size) breasts and would like to lose anything between 10 to 20 lbs(possibly a little more if I manage to, so maybe up to 30) and now I'm worried about the lose skin.

I'm only 17, so I'm hoping that maybe my skin will adapt better at this young age if I do it slowly with a good amount of exercise, but maybe someone here has experience and could give me a perspective since I'm pretty worried about it and I would like to get a better idea of how my breast will change before I decide to start losing the weight.

Any perspective or advice is very appreciated!
