I'm trying to get my %20 body fat to %10 , I'm in college so I have limited time. Fat loss is all about calorie deficit right ? Can i get shredded without doing any single cardio ?
I'm just lifting weights and eating on a calorie deficit, my goal is just to lose my body fat while maintaining my muscles, my goal is to reach %10 bodyfat, do i need any cardio to achieve this goal ?
I just have this type of mentality in my head that if i go for a run that i can lose more bodyfat since my body will be more active or somehow i can increase my cardiovascular system and that can help me to get more reps when I'm lifting which can support maintaining my muscles during fat loss which can speed up my progress 🤔
But i can still eat the calories i lost from cardio back and have no effect on my fat loss other than health benefits right ?
