Hey guys I'm looking for advice here.
For a couple years i had a job where I was in a vehicle traveling 12 hrs a day, as a result i went from being 6'2 150lbs to 250lbs cause often time I ate taco bell and fast food during this time. For the past year I've been trying to lose it, I will admit I haven't been exercising but I started exercising a few days ago, but I've been eating at a caloric deficit for the past year. Most days I just eat a small thing for breakfast and then dinner, usually it's not even over 1000 calories for the day. How can I not be losing the weight ? I've been getting frustrated so I finally started walking on the treadmill 30 minutes today. Has anyone else experienced this ?
