Progress

I'm 24(M) 6ft started at 366 on 03/14/21 my CW is 327 and my GW is 190. over the past months I have destroyed horrible habits (sedentary lifestyle, no exercise, and strictly consuming fast food and soda) and built great habits (5-6 days of activity, mostly water but no soda, eating healthier and enjoying the food). I've been doing daily weigh ins, but every two weeks I get my body measured at a play in my city to show my composition. yesterday was the day and in two weeks i lost 10lbs, gained 5 lbs. muscle, and lost 5% body fat. The point of my post is simply because I'm happy with the progress I'm making especially after yesterday. Also if anyone has any advice that has lost a substantial amount of weight like my goal I would very much appreciate it.
