Hi there! Hopefully this is an ok post to have here but I was just looking for some advice. I’m a female who is also quite short so I unfortunately have quite a low TDEE and am also trying to eat in a deficit at the moment, but I had a birthday celebration for a family member today and ate almost double/2000 calories more than my deficit caloric limit. I know it’s really not that big a deal (hopefully) but I’m finding it very hard at the moment to move past it and not feel guilty. I was hoping someone maybe had some advice or consolation for me to help me move on and not feel so guilty about my overeating today as I’m feeling quite bad for it all. Any help would be really really appreciated. Thank you all so much!
