Not losing weight—changes in thyroid medication

36F, 164 cm, SW 106 kg, CW 83 kg, GW 60 kg I’ve been losing around 2 kg every month for the past three months (it was faster than that before, but I’m fine with 2 kg a month) except for April. Haven’t changed anything, lost only 300 grams. I still weight and count every calorie (I made sure of it when I realized I wasn’t losing), do cardio twice a week, weight training three times a week, yoga about five times a week, walk every day. The only thing that changed is that in late March, my endocrinologist adjusted the dosage of my hypothyroidism meds because having lost 23 kg, it was too high and my tsh was 0,01. Now it’s normal, and I’m not losing anymore. Does that mean I only lose if my tsh is very low, or is my body still adjusting to the new dosage? I emailed my endocrinologist and he’s not answering, and I’m not booking an appointment just to ask this. I know that with normal bloodwork, I should be losing weight normally. I’m only 3 kg away from not being obese for the first time in 10 years and the fact that I’m stuck is driving me crazy! I was just wondering is anyone here had any similar experience ☺️
