At least interesting to me. The other day I cut all my meals in half and ate twice as often. I was not full after any meal but not necessarily hungry either and met my daily goal EASILY. Including macros which I currently am not making a priority. Today I ate a large breakfast, no lunch, and large dinner (my macros are fairly close). From breakfast to shortly before dinner time I did not get hungry and was fine. Dinner was about 45 minutes ago and I feel like I could eat again. The big downside is I am already over my calorie goal for the day and will want a snack later. This has definitely shown me that in my case eating 5 or 6 small meals a day is the only way to go.
