Meal Delivery Services

I am writing this on a personal low note. Please be kind.

I am a 5-04 female. My normal weight is around 140 pounds. Over the past two years, I have gained weight. I was floating around 160 until a few months ago...then a few weeks ago, 170....and today, 180.

I have never weighed so much in my entire life. I am miserable. I have been struggling a lot in the past few weeks. I am a first responder and the stress has been unbearable recently. I am grieving losses in my family. I am tired, constantly sick, and feel like shit. We are short staffed at work and I am working overtime. I no longer fit into my work uniform and my pants are about to burst.

I have been eating shit food because I am tired and don't have time to cook. I work a minimum of 12 hours a day, and oftentimes up to 16, then often have to be back 8 hours later to do it again. I am so tired, and I am destroying my health with these rotating relief shifts.

I would like to find a meal service that has healthy options for dieters. Where all the meals are already cooked. I have a refridgerator and microwave at my station that I can use to heat up a meal. I am too tired to prep anything more than carrots or apple slices at this time, so it has to be heat and eat.

It's not ideal, but I am hoping this will help me until work is less overwhelming. I have no problem cooking healthy meals, it is just too much right now. I plan on walking on the treadmill at work between calls to get more exercise and try to go to the gym 2-3x week.

My other option is to quit my job and take time off to focus on my health. I really do not want to do this. But I gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks....I am horrified. I now need to lose 40 pounds. I have never successfully lost weight. I feel completely hopeless.
