lost weight but also lost myself in the process...

over the past 2 years ive lost around 65 lbs in a completely healthy way, ate right and worked out. however, now that im close to my ideal weight and size, i've realized that i'm much more depressed and hard on myself than ever before. i look at progress pics that ive taken of myself and i dont see a difference even though there obviously is, and i feel like ive lost a part of who i was in the process of losing all this weight. im not as outgoing as i used to be and i overthink everything i say because i dont want any unnecessary attention. prior to my journey i was fortunate enough to not have really experienced any mental health issues, but now i find myself crying constantly thinking about my appearance and just feeling more depressed overall. has anyone else experienced this? what would you recommend for me going forward?
