Pretty self-explanatory title. Just wondering if anyone else out there has tried their diet with and without whey and if you had experiences with increased depression. I’ve noticed that ever since I started incorporating it I have noticed a huge uptick in my depression. But I also started using this in conjunction with getting very serious about being in a calorie deficit and tracking/weighing all my food, so it may just be a confounding variable rather than the cause.
For the record I do plan to cut it out after tonight. But it usually takes a while before I start to see effects, and I think it would just help a lot to hear from other people.
Don’t know if it makes a difference but the protein I use is PEScience which is a mix of whey and casein. I only use about a scoop a day.
