I've been living a healthy lifestyle for 5+ weeks. I wake up to cardio almost every morning, lift weights 4 days a week, eat a healthy diet and I still can't shed the belly fat.
This isn't a perfect cycle. There's the occasional day when I miss a workout or eat a slice of pizza. But this is rare. My arms, chest and legs are shaping up well, but the belly is still there, still hanging over my belt at times.
My belly fat is inconsistent, too. In the morning, some days it's looking much flatter. By midday, even if I just have water, or nothing at all, it's huge again! How?
Some days I'm constipated, some days I'm not. Same diet and exercise each day. Why is this?
