Hi I'm 27m at 5'9 at 183 lbs. I used to be 250 lbs but over the past year and a half I've gotten down to 183 I still got a bit of a spare tire around my stomach, I'm trying to shed it. I lost the first 60lbs by doing strict keto then I took up jiu jitsu and judo and I couldn't sustain the energy needed for high intensity work outs so I switched to a carb included diet. I'm maintaining a diet of around 1300-1700 calories. I work out 5 times a week about between 1.5 -2 hrs and then do judo and jiu jitsu twice a week. I'm not really losing the weight when I'm on the scale however. Sometimes the weight seems to go up. I think I'm losing the fat but is it possible to lose fat but not lose weight? Or am I just plateuing?
