I've ( m32) always heard that when it comes to water, you want to drink half your weight in oz of water every day. For me that would be almost 1 1/2 gallons a day... And to be honest I'm struggling to drink even 32oz a day, and cheated today and had an energy drink. I also get really intense headaches after about 2 days with no caffeine, so that is a whole other thing I'm trying to deal with.
What's the best way to make yourself drink the water you need, because I can't stand the taste.
I'm also still struggling with just getting the motivation to get outside and walk, especially after a day where I push myself a little too much and have leg pains the next day
