I've officially finished my first week of OMAD with around 1000cals a day and I'm feeling great!
I'm 28f, 5'10. My starting weight was 206lbs and today I'm 200lbs.
I was hoping for a bit more than a 6lbs loss in this first week but realistically it took me a year to get this overweight so it won't come off in a few months. I'm excited to hopefully get into 'one'derland next week though!
None scale victories this week include: my back rolls getting a bit smaller, restraining myself to 2 veggie burgers and some carrot sticks during a family BBQ and buying my kids their weekly bakery treat whilst avoiding temptation myself.
