I do NOT understand CICO.
So far i’ve lost about 17 pounds just by eating 1900 calories a day. I used to eat around 3000 a day lol. This is calorie deficit right? Just by doing a calorie deficit.
what in the world is CICO? burn more calories than i Eat right!?? So if i eat 1900 calories, i would have to burn 2000??
i work out at the gym daily and my cardio exercise equal to 300 calories burned. Then i do weight lifting for the next 2 hours or so.
for CICO to work, i would have to burn more than 1900 calories. essentially burning 2000?!! What. thats like an 2 hours and a half on the Elliptical for me. is this correct?
