Hi! I have been trying to lose weight for a couple of months now but my weight has just stayed the same, it even went up like 1-2 lbs. I eat under my Bmr and I always overestimate my caloric intake and I track oils and butters 9/10’s of the time. I also don’t track my exercises.
I think the reason why i can’t lose weight is because I get discouraged by the number on the scale and eat whatever I want once every 2 weeks or so. But even then, I only eat around 200-300 calories over my limit with overestimations.
Am I missing something or do I just need to trust the process?
