I [24F] have been going to the gym for 30 minutes a day, every single day for a week. When I first started I was barely able to walk 2.0 speed on the treadmill and struggled with 25 lbs on the bicep curl.
However I've noticed that every day got a little easier, now this morning I was power walking 3.5 on the treadmill and was lifting 40 lbs on the bicep curl.
I weighed myself out of curiosity (normally don't like obsessing over the scale) and I went from around 245 to 234. I know most of it is probably water weight but still at this rate I might finally be under 200 lbs by my birthday in July.
