Started at 203lbs, final goal is 150lbs- yo-yoed down to about 173 over about a year, and then moved in with my boyfriend and cut out some toxic people in my life. Ended up going back to 184 and losing all my good habits. Stopped drinking pretty much all water (awful, I know), stopped calorie counting and even caring about my eating habits, ate take out at least 3+ times a week, no working out, etc. But, I’m happy to say that this is a successful day 2 of getting back on the wagon! Drank 10 cups of water today, didn’t go above 1500cal, had a good workout yesterday and looking forward to another one tomorrow! I’m discouraged by the weight I’ve gained back, but I’m definitely glad to be back on track.
