2000 calories, after 7 days, reduce to 1800: Had a mini binge last night, going to give 7 another try at 2000 calories or less today. One bad day doesn’t undo everything I’ve worked for. Still doing better than a previous version of myself.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30-minute lunch walk & stationary bike. 15/19 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Digital journal today. I need to be spending more time on this one kids.
Gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for my therapist & the ease of access I have to mental health care services. So many books I’ve read say something to the effect of “hurt people hurt people”. We all hurt sometimes & access to supportive people in our lives as friends, family of choice & paid professionals is invaluable.
